Christmas in the Country

November 30 through December 2, 2012

Christmas in the Country is a nationally recognized Folk & Fine Art boutique, featuring juried, original works by the finest artists from around the country. The show, which has expanded into two locations, offers a wide variety of artworks, holiday food, ornaments, wearable art, jewelry and home décor. $3 admission is good for both locations - in Cedar Creek Winery and the Cedarburg Cultural Center ("Christmas in the Country Too").

Returning this year is the non-profit group, the Dry Hootch Organization (www.dryhootch.org). These veterans sell coffee (called "Marine Mud") and all profits go to their Dry Hootch House which helps returning vets ease into their lives back home, offering counseling and help at no cost to the veterans. Christmas in the Country also contributes to a woman's non-profit group called Women For Women International.  (www.WomenforWomenInternational.org).

Hours: Friday, Nov. 30, 10am-8pm, Saturday, Dec.1, from 10am-5pm, and Sunday Dec. 2, from 11am-4pm.
