Long renowned for its many traditional holiday events such as Festive Friday Eves, the Rivoli Theater's Holiday Film Series and the Cedarburg Artist's Guild's Holiday Art Fair, and A Cedarburg Christmas' Santa's Workshop, Cedarburg offers countless seasonal entertainment venues. A multitude of holiday happenings take place every single day from mid-November through Christmas Day. Festive Friday Eves celebrates our 26th year of presenting an exciting series of five free family-oriented evening events during the holiday season at Cedar Creek Settlement. The Settlement features 25 unique shops; gift and specialty shops, antique stores, galleries, three restaurants, artists studios and the Cedar Creek Winery nestled in a restored 1864 woolen mill, festively adorned for the holidays with natural greenery, garlands, beribboned wreaths, luminaries and thousands of tiny white lights. An Enchanted Christmas at the Cedarburg Art Museum

Enjoy holiday trains throughout the museum, and each Festive Friday the CAM will be hosting a Beer Garden in their Outdoor Courtyard with lighted trees, fire pits, specialty drinks, s'mores, and much more. An Enchanted Christmas will also include a Handmade Elf Auction and Kids Art Activities on Saturdays.

Santa's Workshop
Presented by A Cedarburg Christmas
Thanks to generous grants from the Greater Cedarburg Foundation and Festivals of Cedarburg, Inc., a charming 15' x 15' gingerbread house graces Cedarburg's Washington Avenue for the entire Christmas season. Santa and Mrs. Claus often stop by in the days leading up to Christmas, welcoming families into the shop for a cozy, personal visit. When Santa's not in to greet guests, you can peek in the windows to see his charming fireplace and the toys he and the elves have been working on!

Rivoli Theater Holiday Film Series
In the weeks leading up to Christmas, the beautifully restored Rivoli Theater in the heart of Cedarburg features great holiday classics on the big screen! The 2020 Holiday Film Series will run December 4th through the 23rd. All movies are $4. Visit rivoliofcedarburg.com for more information. Santa's Dash Away 5k - Saturday, December 12
presented by the Cedarburg Christmas Committee, Festivals of Cedarburg and Cedarburg Parks & Recreation
Santa’s Dash Away 5k is a holiday-themed fun run for all ages. Runners who register in advance receive a themed race packet which includes a fun Tshirt and costume accessories. All proceeds go directly towards the Cedarburg Christmas Committee, which coordinates Santa’s Cedarburg Workshop each holiday season. Horse Drawn Sleigh Rides
Cedarburg’s Paradise Ranch has partnered with Roden Barnyard in West Bend to offer sleigh & wagon rides in December 2020.
Reserve your spot to take the only nighttime, horse-drawn sleigh ride through hundreds of acres of breathtaking beautiful wooded nature. This old-fashioned designed sleigh will hold up to 12 people to accommodate bigger groups. The sleigh ride alone is worth the visit, but add thousands of Christmas lights adorning the woods and you cannot help but smile with holiday spirit. Enjoy dancing lights, a nativity, cascading lights and overhead icicle lights as the team of percherons lead you down the trails. When you return, enjoy s'mores, hot cider and hot chocolate while your warm up at the campfire or play a game inside the heated barn. Don't forget your camera!
Please note: If there is not snow on the ground, the horses will take you for a ride in a wagon.

Santa's Dash Away 5K Run/Walk

Help keep Santa's Workshop in downtown Cedarburg during the holiday season by participating in the 6th annual Santa's Dash Away 5K, sponsored by Festivals of Cedarburg, Inc. and Cedarburg Parks and Recreation. Runners and walkers of all ages are welcome to join in the holiday spirit and participate in a 5K run/walk where all proceeds go directly toward A Cedarburg Christmas, which coordinates the Santa's Workshop each holiday season. Over 500 families visit the charmingly decorated Workshop annually for free visits with Santa each year.
Registrations for the Santa's Dash Away are accepted all the way through race day. Fee: $30 (runner or walker). Register before November 20 and received a free Tshirt and Santa mask! Race packets will be available at the check-in table starting at 7:30 a.m. in front of the Cedarburg Community Center located at W63N641 Washington Avenue, Downtown Cedarburg on Saturday, December 12. The run will take place along the Interurban Trail, with the start and finish near the Interurban Bridge and Santa's Workshop.

Please note: Online registrations will close after 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, December 10. For walk up registrations please download the registration form (click here) and bring it with $30 or your check made out to Festivals of Cedarburg, to the check-in table in front of the Cedarburg Community Gym between 7:30 - 8:15 a.m. on December 12!

For seven nights during the month of December, Ozaukee Nonprofit Center and over 50 participating businesses and nonprofits will turn Zeunert Park in Cedarburg into a winter wonderland of holiday lights. Visitors will be invited to wind through the park in their vehicles while enjoying the twinkling lights of the season. A suggested donation of $10 per vehicle is appreciated. Proceeds from the event will benefit Ozaukee Nonprofit Center, a 501c3 organization and our nonprofit Partner Agencies.
